Books about Kim Il Sung Republished in Indonesia

| Pyongyang, April 18 (KCMA) -- On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il's visit to Indonesia and the 50th anniversary of the naming of a beautiful flower Kimilsungia "President Soekarno and President Kim Il Sung" and "Evergreen Friendship," the books dedicated to his 100th birth anniversary, were republished in Indonesia. A ceremony of releasing the books took place at Bungkarno University on Apr. 10. Rachmawati Soekarnoputri, chairwoman of the Founding Committee of the Soekarno Foundation for Education of Indonesia, said that the book "President Soekarno and President Kim Il Sung" deals with the particular relations and friendship between Kim Il Sung and Soekarno and the republished books would make a positive contribution to the development of the Indonesia-DPRK friendly ties. The author of the book "Evergreen Friendship" said he came to know well about the greatness of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il while visiting the DPRK and pledged himself to write better books about it though he is not a writer. |
