The work, made public on October 16, Juche 83 (1994), indicates the tasks and ways of preserving the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung and accomplishing it, including the issue of consolidating the party and strengthening the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and the masses, the issue of thoroughly carrying out the party's revolutionary economic strategy and the issue of strengthening the People's Army and establishing the social trait of attaching importance to military affairs.

A ceremony of releasing the work took place on April 11.
