The festival drew hundreds of thousands of service personnel of the People's Army, working people, school youth and children, overseas compatriots and foreign guests as it presented fantastic scenery with Kimilsungias.

Present at the closing ceremony were Choe Ryong Hae, Yang Hyong Sop, officials concerned, officials of armed forces organs, ministries and national institutions, members of the societies for disseminating and supporting immortal flowers, working people, school youth and children in Pyongyang, overseas Koreans and foreign guests.

Certificates of the Kimilsungia festival were awarded to many units which were highly estimated at the festival, members who contributed to the festival, exemplary cultivators, former unconverted long-term prisoners and other participants.

The certificates were conferred on the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, the Indonesian embassy here, overseas Koreans and foreigners.

The certificates of the participation in the festival went to working people and school youth and children.

Vice-Premier Kim Yong Jin, chairman of the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia festival organizing committee, made a closing address.
