The fascist police on April 16 walked off bereaved families and citizens who were going to a temporary incense-burning altar at the Kwanghwamun plaza after a memorial service at Seoul Square, on charges of the "violation of law," the statement said.

It held that the organization could never pardon the police who walked away bereaved families and citizens on charges of the violation of the "law on assembly and demonstration."

It demanded the police apologize to bereaved families and citizens for illegally blocking the memorial service and set free those arrested at once.
