On April 20, Juche 81 (1992) representatives of communist parties, workers' parties and other political parties of foreign countries aspiring after socialism adopted the declaration reflecting the fixed will to defend and advance the socialist cause.

The Popular Revolutionary Party of the DR Congo discussed and unanimously approved the Pyongyang Declaration at a meeting of its National Executive Committee.

The acting general secretary of the party inked the declaration.
