The achievements include a method of managing rice-paddy irrigation in the most effective way and a new technology of directly sowing rice seedlings, which helps raise the grain yield more than 110 percent with less manpower, materials and water.

The college also manufactured various kinds of plows necessary for water-saving style farming.

Those scientific achievements have already been introduced to many farms, proving effective.
