The history of the DPRK's revolutionary armed forces is that of love and trust and loyalty between the leaders and soldiers.

During the anti-Japanese armed struggle, Kim Il Sung had shown all sorts of love for the guerrillas. He offered his overcoat for a wounded guerrilla and saw to it that dried venison was kept for guerrillas active in distant areas.

In the period of the Fatherland Liberation War, he provided a large amount of bean for the soldiers at the front to improve their diet and took a step to run frontline rest homes for the servicepersons. Such his paternal love greatly encouraged the combatants to display heroism in the war against the U.S. imperialists.

The KPA had further strengthened into an invincible army under the guidance of Kim Jong Il, who created a world of trust and love for servicepersons.

He made long journeys through snow-covered road to meet soldiers even on holidays and provided medical cream for coast artillery women.

Now the KPA fully displays its dignity and might as an invincible army closely rallied around Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un, who is steadily making a history of love for the servicepersons, regarding them as his true comrades-in-arms.
