The U.S. is persistently insisting on its reactionary "standard of human rights" though it is facing stronger opposition and rebuff from the international community.

The U.S. imperialists' "human rights" racket against the DPRK, in particular, has reached a very grave phase. The U.S. cooked up "North Korean Human Rights Act" and appointed a "special envoy for human rights issue in north Korea".

Last year the U.S. cooked up the non-existent "human rights issue" of the DPRK in a vicious manner and prodded some European countries and Japan devoid of any viewpoint and principle into placing it on the agenda of the UN, thus staging a "human rights" racket against Pyongyang, something unprecedented in history.

The U.S. "human rights" racket against the DPRK is nothing but a desperate bid of those who failed to disable the nuclear deterrence for self-defence and stifle the DPRK by force.

The purpose of the U.S. imperialists is to tarnish the international prestige of the DPRK and internationalize the moves to isolate and stifle it and secure a pretext for military aggression by hyping its "human rights issue."

However, such deceptive "human rights" offensive does not work on the DPRK.

The Korean people will resolutely shatter the U.S. vicious "human rights" offensive by dint of the single-minded unity.
