The work, published on Apr. 30, Juche 74 (1985), deals with the basic issues of building up the working people's organizations into militant organizations and reliable helpers remaining loyal to the Workers' Party of Korea.

Present at the meeting were Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the C.C., the WPK, Ri Il Hwan, department director of the C.C., the WPK, Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK, party officials of working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, districts, organs, enterprises, factories and farms in the city and teachers and students of the party cadre training institutions.

Choe Ryong Hae said in a report that busy as Kim Jong Il was steering all affairs related to the revolution and construction, he energetically led the party organizations to strengthen their leadership over the working people's organizations so that they might successfully perform their mission and duty for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, the Songun revolutionary cause.

His leadership is being given steady continuity thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un and the work of the working people's organizations is greeting a new heyday of their development, the reporter noted.

He underlined the need to steadily strengthen party leadership over the working people's organizations as required by the times and the developing revolution and thus firmly uphold the feats Kim Jong Il performed in the history of the building of working people's organizations and add brilliance to them.
