Rodong Sinmun Thursday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The south Korean authorities' talk about "dialogue" is nothing but a shameless behavior of those who deteriorated the north-south relations.

The puppet forces are talking about "dialogue" while pretending ignorance of their responsibility for bedeviling the north-south relations. This is not because they are sincerely interested in north-south dialogue and improved relations. This is a crafty artifice to evade the responsibility for creating the worst crisis on the Korean peninsula together with the U.S. and mislead public opinion at home and abroad critic of them and justify their joint military exercises against the north.

Dialogue is necessary for improving the north-south relations as aspired by the nation for independent reunification but it is not a smokescreen to justify hostile acts toward the other party and persistently resort to the war moves against the north.

Improvement of the north-south relations is a daydream as long as the south Korean puppet forces persist in the moves for confrontation and war against the north in league with outside forces.
