The website in an article said that the President, taking to heart more than anyone else the misfortune and pain resulting from national division, took a ceaseless road of devotion to bring a reunified country to the Korean people.

The Joint Conference of Representatives of Political Parties and Public Organizations in North and South Korea in Pyongyang was a striking demonstration of the President's idea of great national unity and distinguished leadership art as it was a significant event which opened an epochal phase in uniting all Koreans firmly under the banner of the united front and hewing out the destiny of the nation through the nationwide anti-U.S. salvation struggle, it noted.

It said that the President put forward the fair and aboveboard and realistic proposals for reunification, including the three principle of national reunification, the ten-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo and wisely led the struggle for carrying them out.

It praised the whole life of the President as the great life of patriotism as he devoted himself to the prosperity of the country, taking on his shoulders the destiny of the country and nation.
