Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairpersons of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, department directors, officials of Chongryon organizations and those of its headquarters.

Speakers referred to the achievements and experience made in the work of units to greet the 60th anniversary of Chongryon with successes in making a leap forward toward a new heyday.

They said that all officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan would turn out as one to greet the grand festival with success and demonstrate the might of Chongryon.

Ho Jong Man said that the grand festival is a springboard from which to glorify the feats President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed by leading Chongryon and help the work of Chongryon make a leap forward in the glorious era of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He called upon all officials to give a steady continuity to the proud history of Chongryon firm in tradition and great in succession as desired by Kim Jong Un.
