Speakers said that the talks between foreign and defense ministers of the U.S. and Japan on April 27 finally confirmed the revision of the "U.S-Japan defense cooperation guidelines" which makes it possible for Japan "Self-Defense Forces" to conduct joint military operations with the U.S. forces without any restriction.

They accused the puppet Ministry of Defense of south Korea of claiming that it is not chiefly responsible for the "U.S.-Japan defense cooperation guidelines."

They urged the ministry to clarify its stand of rejecting the revision of the above-said guidelines and Japan's exercise of the "right to collective self-defense".

They demanded a halt to the dangerous military nexus aimed to mount a preemptive nuclear strike at the north.
