The declaration termed the present regime an "illegal regime" which seized power through fraudulent election, incompetent "disastrous regime" under which all disasters have increased, "regime" ridden with hideous scandals and "corrupt regime" as proven by the Song Wan Jong case.

The present regime is also a "regime bringing destruction", "repressive regime", "man-killing regime", "belligerent regime" and " regime of lairs", it said.

"Society is bound to go to ruin if Park Geun Hye is allowed to stay in power!" This is the present people's mindset and the decisive resolution of the people, it stressed.

The declaration called upon all people to turn out in actions to put an end to the Park regime.
