The system consists of electronic sonde and upper-air radar.

The electronic sonde measures temperature of upper air, atmospheric pressure at altitude of up to 30 000 meters and others.

The upper-air radar automatically monitors the electronic sonde to analyze the measured indices in real time.

The system makes it possible to further raise the accuracy of weather forecast.
