Present at the meeting were Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, Vice-Premier Ro Tu Chol, chairman of the State Planning Commission, army officers and officials of the relevant units taking part in the construction, service personnel, youth shock brigade members and other builders.

A report was made by Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, to be followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said the militant order given by Kim Jong Un reflects his deep trust and great expectation that the People's Army and the youth league would wind up the construction project as early as possible through their coordinated operation and give fullest play to the might of the great army-people unity in the drive for hastening the final victory in the drive for building a thriving nation.

They underscored the need for the youth brigade members to build all structures without fail at the best level as scheduled and thus fully display their militant might as reliable vanguard of the WPK.

They called on the service personnel to powerfully demonstrate the might of the invincible revolutionary Paektusan army which carries out whatever task in the spirit of a-match-for-a-hundred and in the spirit of at a go.

They underlined the need to strikingly demonstrate the might of single-minded unity of the service personnel and people in the DPRK which is developing into the relations of genuine comrade-in-arms and comrades by fully displaying the fine traits of assisting the army and helping the people.

They renewed the will to complete the construction project till the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK without fail and thus demonstrate before the world the might of the army-people coordinated operation and the might of the power of youth.
