Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- A lecture took place at National University of Humanities in Far East, Russia on April 29. It was given by Valery Timoshenko, chairman of the Russian Khabarovsk Territorial Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and Experience in Socialist Construction of the DPRK, who visited the DPRK as head of a delegation of the society on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. The participants watched a video introducing the delegation's visit to Pyongyang and the reality of the DPRK. Valery Timoshenko said that the DPRK is peculiar socialism in which all the people are invariably advancing along the road chosen by themselves, rallied close around their leader. The DPRK is a very stable and peaceful country, not an unstable country touted by the U.S. and other Western countries, he noted, and continued: The Korean people are taking a full rest and spending joyful times at the amusement parks and parks and knowing no words suppression, violence and arbitrary practices by the army or police. I realized the mind of the Korean people to value and defend the national identity, seeing them wearing splendid and beautiful national dresses. We should have a correct understanding of the friendly and fraternal DPRK developing day by day under the wise guidance of Comrade Kim Jong Un. |
