Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in an article. It goes on:

The south Korean authorities' talk about "dialogue" is a plot to evade the responsibility for deteriorating the north-south relations and justify their confrontation policy.

They remain unchanged in their sinister plot to hurt the DPRK while abusing the north-south dialogue for confrontation with the fellow countrymen.

This is clearly evidenced by the fact that they staged such provocative farce as the "week for freedom in the north" while vociferating about "preparations for dialogue", and kicked off anti-DPRK "human rights" racket again, crying out for passing the "bill on human rights in the north" through the "National Assembly."

It is none other than the south Korean chief executive who is taking the lead in the confrontation racket against the north.

She is persisting in confrontation with the north, not giving up her extreme hostility toward the fellow countrymen in the north and wild ambition for "unification of social systems."

Nothing can be settled though the DPRK sits at negotiating table with those who are desperately working to hurt it, obsessed with confrontation with the fellow countrymen. Therefore, it is very self-evident that it is impossible to mend the north-south relations.
