The organization accused the authorities of finally ramming at the "state council meeting" the "proposed enforcement ordinance" which restricts the activities of the ad hoc committee for investigation into the ferry Sewol disaster and reduces the special law to a dead paper.

It noted that the regime consistently turned down the demand of the bereaved families and other people and trampled down it by violence.

Meanwhile, the ad hoc committee declared it would work out its own enforcement ordinance and conduct activities on the basis of it.
