They included the General Council of the United Russia Party, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, the Central Council of "A Just Russia", the Political Council of the Party of Nur Otan, the Political Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the Political Council of the New Azerbaijan Party, the Central Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus and the Central Committee of the Party of Communists of the Moldovan Republic.

The messages said that the heroic feats the Soviet army and people performed by greatly contributing to crushing fascism, honorably defending the sovereignty and dignity of the country and people's happiness and future and protecting global peace and security will always go down in history.

The messages expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the WPK and the ruling and major political parties of Russia and countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States would grow stronger in line with the desire of the people for independence, peace and friendship.
