The U.S. has recently made a new amendment of "guidelines on defense cooperation" with Japan, the statement said, alluding to the keynote of the new "guidelines" calling for enhancing the role of the Japan "Self-Defense Forces".

What is ridiculous is the U.S. allegation that the "guidelines" are to cope with the "threat" from the DPRK, the statement said, stressing:

People with proper senses must understand where the threat comes from.

It is not hard to guess that what the U.S. seeks in revising the "guidelines" is to expand the role of the SDF to relieve the U.S. of its burden of a fabulous amount of military spending, use Japan as a shock brigade in realizing its ambition for world hegemony, militarily encircle and contain its rivals in Eurasia and keep its position for domination.

In such situation we consider that the DPRK has been compelled to bolster up the capabilities for self-defense with nuclear deterrence as a pivot, while invariably pursuing Songun politics.
