Very disgusting is that the confrontation maniacs are crying out for "promoting NGOs exchange" though they pulled up the DPRK just some days ago, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article. It goes on:

The south Korean puppet forces have driven the north-south relations into a catastrophe and laid hurdles in the way of north-south NGOs exchange by waging the north-targeted joint military exercises with foreign forces and by launching smear campaign. They are so impudent as they trumpet about "NGOs exchange", far from apologizing for their crimes before the whole nation and retracting the policy for confrontation. This is a revelation of their sinister intention.

It is as clear as noonday that their act is nothing but a crafty scheme to conceal their crimes against reunification in which they pushed the north-south relations to an extreme phase of tension and to shift the blame on to the DPRK and tide over the ruling crisis.

With no rhetoric can the puppet forces cover up their ugly colors as confrontation maniacs.

It is utterly impossible for the DPRK to discuss with the puppet forces the issue of improving the ties, now that they are persisting in the moves for a war and smear campaign against it in league with foreign forces, with dagger in their belt.
