The equipment was first applied to the Greenhouse of the Pyongyang Vegetable Science Institute.

Ji Chol Ryong, chief engineer of the Ryongsong Machine Complex, told KCNA:

In hearty response to the tasks given by supreme leader Kim Jong Un, the complex manufactured a number of geothermal equipment in a short period.

The geothermal pump made by our complex is capable of generating rated capacity, not affected by variation of voltage and frequency.

It can also vary the number of rotations of motor in accordance with the change of atmospheric temperature, thus consuming less electricity than others.

We installed the equipment in the Hamhung Wading Pool, making it possible to operate the pool even in winter.
