In order to decisively increase the grain production this significant year, it is necessary to finish rice transplanting in the most right season qualitatively. This will help boost per-hectare yield of paddy rice and, furthermore, attain the goal of grain production set forth by the party. The rice transplanting campaign at present is a drive for implementing the party's idea and defending its policies.

This campaign can prove successful only when not only officials and other working people in the agricultural field but all other people turn out in it as it is a labor-consuming urgent one.
