The message said that the meeting is a significant one to make a big contribution to powerfully demonstrating the revolutionary and noble mental and moral traits of young Koreans who were educated and trained under the care of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and fully preparing all young people to be a reliable scout party of the WPK and a shock brigade in building a thriving nation as required by the new era of Juche revolution.

It is the consistent policy of the Party shaped and enforced by the President and Kim Jong Il and the best method of education suited to the psychological character of the young people to train excellent people and educate the masses by influence of positive example, the message noted, adding:

The WPK Central Committee highly praises the participants in the meeting, young frontrunners in noble traits and all other young people across the country for having displayed noble mental and moral traits as befitting the descendants of Kim Il Sung and soldiers and disciples of Kim Jong Il and performed great feats to go down in the history of the country while taking the lead in the sacred drive for remaining true to the idea and leadership of the Party.

It is the firm determination and will of the WPK to repose deep trust in the young people and encourage them to enter the gate of a thriving nation before anyone else.

The message called on all young people to dynamically advance toward the final victory under the unfurled flag of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, true to the plan and intention of the Party.

It expressed belief that they would glorify forever the undying exploits the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu performed in the history of Juche-based youth movement and fully demonstrate the might of the power of youth.
