Displayed at the exhibition hall were photos dealing with the feats the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu performed by building up the shock brigade into a good revolutionary school to train reliable young vanguard of the party and leading its work with loving care.

Also on display there were photos introducing the shock brigade members who performed miracles and feats in socialist construction sites.

Present at the opening ceremony were Ri Il Hwan, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, officials of the youth league, officials and members of the shock brigade and persons of meritorious services.
