Speakers referred to the fact that the IS instigated the prosecution to throw behind bars three personages including a spokesman for the former Unified Progressive Party on charges of sympathizing with the lecture given by Ri Sok Gi, former lawmaker from the party.

They stressed that such action was taken against them on the charges cooked up by the Park Geun Hye regime in a bid to get rid of the tight corner in which it is finding itself due to the suspicions about the illegal fund spent for "the presidential" election and operation of election office.

Terming it politically-motivated suppression, they demanded the release of all detainees.
