Under his wise guidance the ARF, the first revolutionary anti-Japanese national united front in Korea, was inaugurated and "The Ten-Point Programme of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland" published on May 5, 1936.

The foundation of the ARF and its activities became the precious tradition of the great unity of the Korean nation.

The President's idea of the great national unity was successfully carried forward by leader Kim Jong Il.

Thanks to his patriotic will and bold decision the historic north-south joint declarations which indicate the way of national reunification were adopted and published.

Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's cause of national reunification is being steadily carried forward by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The 79 year-old history since the founding of the ARF clearly proves the truth that unity guarantees the destiny of the nation and prosperity.
