Cuban Ambassador to DPRK Arranges Friendship Meeting

| Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- German Hermin Ferras Alvarez, Cuban ambassador to the DPRK, arranged a friendship meeting at his embassy on Thursday on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of demise of the national hero of the Cuban people Jose Marti and the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Cuba. Present there on invitation were teachers and students of Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies. The participants watched a film showing the life and activities of Jose Marti who dedicated his all to the freedom and liberation of the Cuban people before talking to one another about the need to boost cooperation between the two countries. |
