S. Korean Regime's Challenge to DPRK's Legitimate Exercise of Right to Self-defence Snubbed

Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet group, taken aback by the DPRK's successful underwater test-fire of ballistic missile from strategic submarine, is making much fuss, sending a letter to the UN "committee for sanctions against the DPRK" and calling for close cooperation with the international community. Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says: This clearly shows the miserable plight of the south Korean puppet forces keen to prolong their remaining days by clinging to the coattails of outside forces. The puppet forces have no face to talk about "threat" from someone. They claim there is nothing to care about their acts of bringing the danger of a nuclear war to the nation through madcap war drills targeting the north they are staging together with outside forces but the measure taken to protect the destiny of the nation by dint of war deterrent built by compatriots poses a "threat" to them. This is sheer nonsense. They trumpeted about cooperation with outside forces and cried out for stifling the DPRK, whenever they opened their mouths, bringing the inter-Korean relations to the worst catastrophe and pushing the situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of a war. Yet, they are raising a hue and cry over "threat" from someone. This reminds one of a thief crying "Stop the thief!" No matter what rhetoric the puppet forces may let loose to play down and deny the historic significance of the measure taken by the DPRK to bolster up capability for self-defence and abuse it for escalating the confrontation with the compatriots in the north, this will sound as a ridiculous jargon of the fear-stricken loser. The above-said measure amounts to a declaration of justice as it dealt a merciless sledge-hammer blow at the confrontation maniacs risking their lives. They had better stop running riot, bearing in mind what miserable end those who challenged the DPRK's legitimate exercise of the right to self-defence will met. |
