DPRK's Important Holidays to Be Celebrated in Benin

| Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- A Beninese national preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of Korea's liberation and founding of the Workers' Party of Korea was formed in Cotonou on May 20. Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" who doubles as chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. It decided to organize political and cultural events including joint meetings and film shows on the occasion of the anniversaries. |
