The work makes perfect clarifications of theoretical and practical issues which would serve as the guidelines for the party building and activities ranging from the revolutionary character of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and the basic principles of party building to the matters of the ideological, organizational and leadership art building of the party.

Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article devoted to this day says:

The nearly 30 years since the publication of the work have witnessed significant days when there was a heyday in the building of a revolutionary party of Juche type under the wise guidance of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The original idea and theory on party building set forth by Kim Il Sung have served as life-giving water which helped the WPK develop into a revolutionary party of Juche strong in its independent stand despite any storm and a genuine mother party which takes care of the destiny of the popular masses in a responsible manner, and a basic source which enabled it to successfully perform its mission and role as the tested staff of the Juche revolution at all times.

The WPK could firmly defend the lineage of Juche and further develop into the ideologically pure and indestructible entity and an integral organization despite grim ordeals in the 1990s. This was ascribable to the energetic guidance of Kim Jong Il who creditably inherited the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung.

The undisputable dignity of the WPK is being more fully demonstrated under the outstanding and tested leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, a peerlessly great man.

The WPK will demonstrate before the whole world its dignity and might as the indestructible revolutionary party in the future, too, as there are the immortal party building feats performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and their rich experience and the tested leadership of Kim Jong Un who is steadily developing them in depth.
