Feasting his eyes on crops doing well in the fields of standardized shapes, cozy public buildings and dwelling houses, he said with great satisfaction that they look nice as they present fantastic scenery of the socialist rural area of the country.

He looked round a newly arranged room for the education in the revolutionary history.

Looking with keen interest at data on display there, he said the farm could have turned into an exemplary unit of the country in carrying out the Party's policy for bringing about a radical turn in seed selection thanks to the wise leadership and meticulous care of leader Kim Jong Il who personally initiated the building of the farm and visited it several times, clearly indicating the road for it to follow.

Now that the room for the education in the revolutionary history has been arranged well, it is necessary for the farm to properly organize the education of its employees so that they might display their intense loyalty and make patriotic devotion in the drive for translating the noble intention of Kim Jong Il into a reality, he added.

Then he went round its seed research institute, experimental factory and experimental and cultivation fields to learn in detail about research into seed production and management of the farm.

He reposed deep trust in the officials of the farm, saying the farm is an experimental farm of the Party Central Committee, which was under the great care of Kim Jong Il and to which he has also paid primary attention. He underlined the need for the farm to steadily take the lead in implementing the Party's policy for bringing about a radical turn in seed selection in order to effect a signal success in the development of agriculture, a major thrust in the drive for defending socialism.

Underlining the need to increase state investment in the farm, further consolidate its material and technical foundation and build a modern greenhouse based on cutting-edge technology on it as it is a combined seed research and development base, he promised that the party would make sure that the project for the construction of the greenhouse is undertaken.

Noting the work for producing new seeds is by no means an easy one, he said it is quite possible to obtain high-yielding seeds if other farms determinedly buckle down to the work and make persevering efforts like this farm.

Praising the officials, scientists, researchers and employees of the farm as patriots as they are working hard with sweat of their brow and enthusiasm, regardless of whether they are known or not and recognized or not, he said the Party Central Committee would always remember their feats.

He reposed the deepest trust in KPA General Pak Tong Gyu, who looks after the work at units under KPA Unit 810, praising him as an officer with strong sense of responsibility and desire to work as he carries out anything at any cost by giving play to the mental power of masses if it is desired by the Party.

Then he had a photo session with the party members and other workers of the farm.
