The south Korean health authorities clarified that 13 were found to have been infected by MERS as of May 30.

All of them were reportedly infected from the first patient who was under treatment at the same hospital they were staying.

A man, who was freed from the quarantine after his treatment at the hospital, developed the symptom in a foreign country.

There is a great concern about the spread of MERS as there were 160 odd people on the plane which he took and he contacted other people in his workshop.
