Displeased with the call made by the members of the delegation for the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea and their visits to Mangyongdae and other places during their stay in Pyongyang, the puppet forces groundlessly termed the above-said action "pro-north event".

Moreover, they complained that remarks made by members of the delegation denouncing the thrice-cursed crimes committed by the U.S. imperialists against humanity during the Korean War "assumed anti-U.S. and pro-north tendency."

Even they barred the delegation from passing through Panmunjom under the pretext of "disallowance of the UN Command" and allowed instead its travel along the road on the West coast. They hurled ultra-right conservative gangsters into an area near the Military Demarcation Line to stage "counter demonstration," branding it as "an organization praising the north" and "anti-U.S. and pro-north body."

This was an unpardonable insult to the conscience of mankind aspiring after independence, peace and justice and a criminal action of dampening the unanimous desire of the Koreans for the country's reunification.

It is owing to these wicked confrontation and war maniacs now in power in south Korea that the inter-Korean relations remain at the lowest ebb and the confrontation and tension are escalating day by day on the Korean peninsula.

Only stern judgment of the era and nation await the traitors hell-bent on the anti-DPRK confrontation racket in collusion with outside forces.
