The present puppet forces have staged all forms of large-scale war exercises including Key Resolve, Foal Eagle and Ulji Freedom Guardian in south Korea every year despite unanimous protest and denunciation by all the Koreans in order to achieve their aim by posing constant threats to the DPRK through ceaseless war exercises with the U.S.

The above-said war maneuvers are an open challenge to all the Koreans aspiring after the improvement of the north-south ties and the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia as they are dangerous saber-rattling aimed at a preemptive attack on the DPRK to all intents and purposes in the light of their scope, programs and intensity.

As the south Korean puppet forces have gone crazy in their moves for a new war together with the U.S., being obsessed with their foolish ambition for invading the DPRK, the north-south ties have plunged into the worst deadlock with the opportunity for their improvement lost.

The puppet forces are now slandering the measures taken by the DPRK to increase national capabilities for self-defence in the face of the hostile forces' reckless aggression moves as "provocation" and "threat", and have gone desperate in their moves to provoke the DPRK politically and militarily in collusion with outsiders under that pretext.

But with neither sophism nor sleight of hand can the puppet forces deceive the public opinion at home and abroad nor can they cover up their criminal acts of having bedeviled the north-south ties and wantonly harassed peace and security on the Korean peninsula through their war moves against the DPRK.
