Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- A statement issued by a spokesman for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK clarifying its principled stand as regards the U.S. and its allies' reckless action of taking issue with the DPRK's successful test-fire of ballistic missile from a strategic submarine and a statement issued by a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK denouncing the U.S. secretary of State for letting loose a string of reckless remarks slandering the DPRK were distributed as UN Security Council's official document S/2015/365 on May 28.
