The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism edited an article titled "WPK and might of single-minded unity" and the Peru-Korea Institute of Culture and Friendship an article titled "Kim Jong Il, undying party-building exploits."

Kim Jong Il Library and the Juche Youth Group in Ecuador carried an article titled "Developing WPK into mother party" in the bulletin jointly issued by them.

They also edited in a bulletin articles titled "By Our Nation Itself" and "Realistic way for Korea's reunification" to mark the 15th anniversary of the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration.
