Meanwhile, the puppet Constitutional Court ruled that the "law on Teachers Union" is just though it is invoked for suppressing trade unions.

The south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) staged a protest action outside the NA at dawn of the same day after waging an over-night sit-in strike from May 26 with the Government Employees Trade Union and the Teachers Union involved to check the NA carriage of the bill.

KCTU made public a statement denouncing the unreasonable decision made by the Constitutional Court.

The statement said that it was none other than the Park Geun Hye regime which instigated the court to deprive the Teachers Union of its legal status.

It noted that the Teachers Union would never stop the actions to retake the usurped rights.
