Rodong Sinmun Sunday in a commentary expresses indignation at the puppet group's act of going desperate to make profound confusing of right and wrong and evade the responsibility for stymieing dialogue.

The foundation of dialogue and improvement of relations between the north and the south was ruthlessly destroyed as the puppet group has desperately staged the worldwide anti-DPRK provocation burlesques and the joint military drills against the DPRK in collusion with outside forces.

This being a hard reality, the Park Geun Hye group is trumpeting about "dialogue" while misleading public opinion. This is just a cynical ploy to shirk off the criminal responsibility for bedeviling the inter-Korean relations through the heinous political and military provocation against compatriots in the north.

No one will lend an ear to the "dialogue" trumpeted about by confrontational maniacs who always dream of doing harm to compatriots, far from getting concerned about the destiny of the inter-Korean relations. Such shameless rhetoric will never help them get rid of the responsibility for torpedoing dialogue.

The puppet group should opt to take practical action to create an atmosphere of dialogue, not just paying lip-service to the deceptive rhetoric of "dialogue".
