The organization accused the U.S. of using south Korea as a test ground for bio-chemical warfare by introducing anthrax germs in disregard of life and security of the south Korean people.

The introduction of anthrax germs is a wanton violation of international law, the organization noted, disclosing that south Korea and U.S. authorities put forward a strategy for mounting a preemptive attack on the north not only with nuclear weapons but with bio-chemical weapons and have intensified joint military exercises.
