Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says the moves of the puppet warmongers to do harm the DPRK by force of arms with the backing of foreign forces have gone beyond the danger line.

It goes on:

The south Korean puppet forces are now revealing their ugly colors as warmongers bereft of reason.

The north-south relations at present are very disastrous. Confrontation is getting so serious that it has become impossible to hold the joint national event for marking the 15th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration. Far from feeling guilty for the dangerous situation caused by their frantic confrontation moves, the puppet forces are working hard to ignite a war against the north in league with foreign forces, a blatant challenge to the Korean nation desirous of the improved north-south relations and the peace and reunification of the Korean peninsula.

The reality goes to fully prove that the "dialogue" touted by the puppet forces is nothing but a cynical ploy to shift the blame for the stalemate in the inter-Korean relations on to the DPRK and put spurs to the moves for igniting a war against it.

It is none other than the U.S. and the puppet group which scuppered the inter-Korean relations and harassed the peace on the Korean peninsula and in the region.
