The editorial referred to the disclosure of the fact that the U.S. conducted experiments on "a system to cope with bio-chemical warfare" from long ago at the institutes of three U.S. forces bases in south Korea according to "Jupiter plan".

As regards the introduction of anthrax germs the U.S. forces side claimed the experiment was conducted for the first time, a sheer lie.

The U.S. has never clarified the concrete contents of experiments to the south Korean "government" and it has not demanded the provision of information related to them from the U.S. though they endanger the life and security of the people, it charged.

It demanded the U.S. open to public all information related to the experiments of bio-chemical weapons and clarify the aim of experiments.
