The Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union said this in a statement on June 4.

The statement noted that Kim Jong Il further developed the party into the general staff of the revolution and into the organizer and guide of all victories of the Korean people for five decades since he started work at the WPK Central Committee.

Under his leadership the WPK became an invincible party most transparent in the principles of socialism and set an example to be followed by all progressive political parties of the world.

The exploits performed by Kim Jong Il, the eternal general secretary of the WPK, in party-building will last forever.
