Displayed at the venues of the events were photos documenting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on display there were their works and books introducing Songun Korea.

Films shown included Korean film "My Country Winning Victories Thanks to Single-minded Unity".

Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, said in a speech that Kim Jong Il was a distinguished statesman who turned the DPRK into a politico-ideological and military power.

The general secretary praised him as a veteran statesman in the world as he frustrated the imperialist allied forces' moves to stifle the DPRK and defended the socialist cause under the banner of independence against imperialism.

Juzef Lachut, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw Regional Committee of the Polish Communist Party, and other personages praised Kim Jong Il for firmly consolidating the WPK to be the eternal party of Kim Il Sung and an ideologically pure entity and an integral organization.
