The film shows scenes that the north-south summit was held and the June 15 joint declaration was published thanks to the experienced and tested leadership of Kim Jong Il.

Among the audience were Yang Hyong Sop, Kim Yang Gon, Ro Tu Chol and officials concerned, officials of public organizations, members of the North Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration, North Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification and the Pan-national Alliance of Youth and Students for Korea's Reunification and people in the city.

Also among them were the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front and overseas compatriots staying in the socialist homeland.
