Speakers said that the south, the north and abroad planned to hold a joint national event on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration and the 70th anniversary of August 15 liberation, but the present regime deliberately blocked it.

Though the joint national event was aborted, they would stage a dynamic struggle for implementing the June 15 joint declaration, they noted, demanding the authorities stop the moves to escalate the confrontation with compatriots and opt for improving the inter-Korean relations.
