Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Il made a great contribution to the cause of party building for five decades since he started his work at the WPK Central Committee. The chairman went on:

He developed and enriched the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung, glorified it as the guiding idea in the era of independence and firmly defended socialism by overcoming all difficulties by dint of Songun.

He developed the WPK into the ideological integral whole, the party which achieved the firm unity and cohesion and the genuine mother party which serves the people.

M. Jahangir Khan, chairman of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy, said that progressive people of the world are paying the highest respect to Kim Jong Il who provided a powerful treasured sword for accomplishing the global cause of independence.
