The work, published on June 19, Juche 84 (1995), clarifies the idea that in order to successfully accomplish the socialist cause it is necessary to give definite priority to the ideological work with a firm hold on it. It also says that the basic task of the ideological work is to imbue the whole society with the socialist idea and that the ideological work should be conducted on the basis of the principle and method suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.
