His leadership over the WPK brought about a landmark turn in strengthening the party and carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche and helped give steady continuity to the sacred history of the WPK which inherited the tradition of the Down-with-Imperialism Union.

Already from the very day he started his work at the Party Central Committee he enunciated with originality the idea of party-building centred on the leader, resolutely smashed the anti-party and counter-revolutionary moves of enemies of all hues and ceaselessly developed in depth the work for establishing the party's monolithic ideological system.

He formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as Kimilsungism and regarded the modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism as the supreme programme of the party and modeling of the whole party on Kimilsungism as the general goal of the party-building. This marked a special event as they indicated a clear-cut way for developing the work for establishing the party's monolithic ideological system on a new high stage and turning the party into an eternal party of the leader.

He successfully achieved the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and masses with his benevolent politics of love and trust and all-embracing politics and turned the whole society into a great harmonious socialist family.

During the whole period of the revolutionary leadership he made sure that the leadership principle, method and art of Juche were thoroughly embodied in the party work and activities and put his great heart and soul into raising the leadership function and role of the party in every way in all fields of socialist construction.

He formulated the Songun politics as a socialist main political mode and the party's revolutionary leadership mode by embodying the President's idea and line of attaching importance to the army and further strengthened the WPK as a political organization steering the Songun revolution.

His Juche-based party-building exploits are being successfully carried forward by supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

The reporter called for more thoroughly establishing the monolithic leadership system of Kim Jong Un throughout the whole party and society to consolidate the party's unity and cohesion, revolutionary legacy of Kim Jong Il, as firm as a rock and steadily cement the blood ties between the party and masses.

No force on earth can hold in check the advance of the army and people of the DPRK dashing ahead like the wind for the final victory under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, the reporter stressed.
